Dirk Thiers, founding partner, has over 30 years of international management experience. In 1994 he was a founding partner of the executive search firm The Hampton Group (www.hamptongrp.com). Before that, he served as Group Vice President Planning and Business Development at Bayer Diagnostic Division, after being promoted from earlier positions as Senior Vice President Chemistry Systems and Senior Vice President R&D at Technicon Instruments in Tarrytown, NY. His earlier career included general management and sales management positions in several European countries with Rhone-Poulenc, Memorex, Singer Business Machines and NCR. On the protein therapeutic side of the industry, he has extensive experience in peptide, protein and antibody therapeutic research.
