Dirk Thiers, founding partner, has over 30 years of international management experience. In 1994 he was a founding partner of the executive search firm The Hampton Group (www.hamptongrp.com). Before that, he served as Group Vice President Planning and Business Development at Bayer Diagnostic Division, after being promoted from earlier positions as Senior Vice President Chemistry Systems and Senior Vice President R&D at Technicon Instruments in Tarrytown, NY. His earlier career included general management and sales management positions in several European countries with Rhone-Poulenc, Memorex, Singer Business Machines and NCR. Harold Thiers focuses on placing people who are developing and manufacturing new technologies to advance scientific research. For example, he recruited engineers involved in innovation and design of novel medical devices through to manufacturing functions. Prior to joining The Katonah Group, he worked as a district and regional sales manager in the automotive industry. Harold has a BS in International Business and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport in General Administration. He is fluent in Dutch and French. Hthiers@katonahgroup.com
